Cicadas

Ever since we arrived just over two weeks ago, there has been the constant sound of insects, day and night. These cicadas are the noisiest. It’s not so easy to photograph them – they become silent as you approach and try and keep on the other side of the branch.

There are also some amazing butterflies – I haven’t managed to take any photos yet, but I will.
